Financial technology in the institutional investment space is full of challenging problems.

Client Data & Analytics

Data is the backbone of our business, and our teams serve as the connective tissue between our clients and our platform.

We partner with some of the world’s most sophisticated investors—Client Data onboards, reconciles, and maintains an exponentially growing data set, while Client Analytics leverages our products to help investors uncover deep portfolio insights.

We demand that our team of industry professionals become intimate with our clients’ portfolios and workflows, unlike the industry standard of employing temporary integration teams or call centers.

Sales & Marketing

Sales & Marketing are responsible for top line revenue growth.

We highlight the value that our platform brings to prospective institutional investors across the world by targeting asset managers and capital allocators of all different shapes and sizes, understanding pain points, and communicating our solutions.

Our content marketing strategy secures Novus' standing as thought leaders in the industry, and we strive to build lasting relationships with senior stakeholders at the most prominent investment firms around the world.

Business Operations

Our Business Operations group includes the functional teams of Administration, Finance, Internal Ops, and Talent; all with a laser focus on scaling the business globally and creating an incredible employee experience.

We are partners to the business, providing teams with the tools and resources they need to perform at their highest levels.

Our group is obsessed with solving tough problems in a fast-paced environment, with the goal of growing the team and business for many years to come.
